RECLAMATION PLAN •
• EXHIBIT E (CONY)
complete so that shortly after mining ends, probably by the end
of the second fall, all resoiling and revegetation will be
complete. The area will then be monitored for success of
revegetation until it is released by the Board. The operator
estimates that this will happen 3 to 5 years after mining is
completed,
If revegetation problems occur before release, an analysis
of the site will be made and the area will be revegetated again
as necessary. The seed mixture and rates may be revised as
needed to complete reclamation. If a modification is required,
the Division will be notified in the next annual report after the
change was made. This gives us the most flexibility to complete
reclamation successfully.
RECLAMATION TIMETABLE
Acrest
Phase Years Total Area Revegetation Pre
Law Stone
Yard Road Undisturbed
1 3-5 142.52 117.24 6.86 7.88 7.03 3.51
2 3-5 187.17 174.74 0 0 5.71 6.72
TOTALS 3-5 329.69 291.98 6.86 7.88 12.74 10.23
25
