Please respond <br />on a point-by-point basis in the order given belo~.~. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />Do you agree with the following legal description to the `~, % section <br />of your affected land? <br />Portions of the SW`,,, SW`4, Section 10, T48N, R1E. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. Do you have any photographs of the affected area that you could include <br />with the application. <br />2. Explain what measures will be taken to control on-site runoff, <br />particularly around the waste dump (e.g. diversions, berms, etc.). <br />3. What is the nature of the ore and country rock being mined? <br />4. Approximately what proportion of rock mined is to be milled versus <br />that to be placed in the dump? Wi11 all dump rock and mitt tailings be <br />deposited on the area shoton as the old mine dump? <br />5. Where will the rock waste from the escape shaft be placed? <br />6. You mentioned during our phone conversation that the milling system <br />would be a closed system. Please detail this by addressing the following: <br />A. Plercury. How it will be contained and prevented from leaving the <br />mill system and entering the environment. We are very concerned about <br />mercury and possible environmental contamination. <br />
