Dear Mr. Barnard:
On October 22, 1996, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your I l0 Construction Materials Reclamation
Permit application for Ote Barnard Quarry, which is located in Boulder County. All comment and review periods
began on October 22, 1996. The decision date for your application is scheduled for November 21, 1996.
Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice
to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that aze within 200 feet of the boundary
of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings,
such as Certified Mail - Re[uln Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision
date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the
public review copy which has been placed with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder.
The Division is reviewing your application to de[ermine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
