THE FACILITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS FOLLOWS:
Portable gravel processing plant to be located
near Fairplay in Park County, Colorado. Plant
. will be located next to State Highway Maintenance
Shop, just off Highway 285.
THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Equipment includes crushers, screens, conveyors, front-
end loaders, trucks, stackers and spray bars. Production
rate of the plant is 150 tons/hour.
THIS PERh1IT IS GRANTED SUBJECT 70 ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORA00 AIR
QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORA00 AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101
et sue.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AtiD CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF
THIS DOCUt4ENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Opacity of particulate emissions shall not exceed 20%.
2. Unpaved roads in the working area shall be watered (or
equivalent) to reduce fugitive dust emissions due to
truck or front-end loader traffic.
3. Spray bars shall be installed on crushers and screens
to reduce dust emissions as necessary.
A. A relocation notice shall be filed with the Division
when the plant is moved to a new work site.
