(719) 544-0342 <br />July 25, 1990 <br />Mr. Jot.~n Ungefug <br />Southwciy Construction Company <br />117 White Pine Drive <br />Alamosa, Colorado 81101 <br />Re: PLJEBLO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Special Use Permit No. 684 <br />Dear Mr. Ungefug: <br />Please tie advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its regular <br />meeting held on July 24, 1990, voted to approve Special Use Permit No. 684 <br />with the following conditions: <br />The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and <br />Development with a copy of any MLRB applications, permits, <br />amendments, or releases pertaining to Special Use Permit No. 684 <br />within 30 days of their submittal to and approval by the MLRB. <br />2. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and <br />Development with a copy of any state or local permit applications, <br />(e.g., air quality, augmentation, access, etc.) and approvals thereof <br />within 30 days of said application or approval. <br />3. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and <br />Development with a copy of the approval of the MLRB 110 permit, <br />copy of the State Highway Access Permit, and a copy of the initial <br />approval of the Emission Permit within 60 days of this July 24, <br />1990 approval. <br />4. If condition No. 3 is complied with then Special Use Permit No. 684 <br />shall be reviewed in one year.
