The mining has been completed and the area reclaimed and returned to beneficial use by the owner (see attached letter). 3 Attached are four copies of the permit application for 77-151, Greeley which contains information previously requested by your staff. ($340) is also enclosed to cover the acreage not covered in the previous syD- S Also attached are four copies of the permit application for 77-534, Empire Pit which contains the information previously requested by your staff. y, Your files also contain a visit report on a pit previously operated by Mountain Aggregate, south of County Highway 68, along the I-25 frontage roads which may' be referred to as the Timnath Pit. This pit has been reclaimed. In addition it is not the responsibility of Ramsour Brothers, Inc, since it has not been mined since Mountain Aggregate became a part of Ramsour Brothers, Inc. organi- zation:~- R~,1~~ S2 The apparent late resolution of these permit applications has been caused by many occurrences. The great number of changes in reclamation specialists on these applications, and the lack of timely communication have hampered our sat- isfactory response to staff action. In addition, the engineering company which we previously used has become defunct causing delays in obtaining information and old records. We have retained Mr. Gilbert F, Rindahl to help us resolve all of our application problems.
