• STORM KING MINES, <br />Initial Approval - <br />• Page 2 <br />INC. <br />Permit 84GA_323F-1 <br />These emissions are based on removal of up to 1.7 million cubic yards <br />topsoil; extract screen and transport offsite up to a maximian of 150,000 <br />tons per year coal; drill and blast up to 400,000 cubic yards rock and <br />topsoil per year; disturbance of up to 200 acres including 25 acres for <br />a refuse disposal site; maintenance of stockpiles for 10,000 tons coal; <br />10,000 tons rock and overburden and 493,000 tons topsoil; and haul vehicle <br />traffic up to 8,571 miles per year on site. Applicant shall maintain daily <br />and annual records of coal removed from site for Division inspection upon <br />request. <br />3. This permit shall expire June 30, 1987. <br />4.
