Disturbance of up to 9.9 acres and removal of up to 70,000 ions of <br />material, <br />2. Permit remains in effect for the "life of the mine" as long~as all <br />permit requirements are met, and <br />3. Permit can be transferred to another operator as long as th new <br />operator agrees to comply with all permit requirements and sts a <br />reclamation bond. No notification of a pending transfer is required. <br />Currently we have 57 active permit files in La Plata County.
