~, COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH <br />T 1~.1' ~VF"^~~ <br />Air Pollution Control Division \y876/' Telephone: (303) 320-418C <br />PERPAIT NO. 82PI129 INITIAL APPROVAL <br />DATE ISSUE: July 13, 1982 FINAL APPROVAL ^ <br />ISSUED TO: SN041MASS COAL C014PANY <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Coal mining and processing facility located 7.6 miles southwest of <br />Carbondale, Colorado in Pitkin County. <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Coal processing waste disposal. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (26-7-101 et seq.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT ANO THE <br />FOLLO\NING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Water shall be applied as necessary to areas subject to vehicular activity. <br />2. The face of the pile shall be stabilized as each new bench is developed. <br />3. Emissions shall not exceed 15.4 tons per year.
