This is our first official notifica-
tion.
At this time, all reclamation (fence and trees) requested by the Weld County
Planning Commission has been complied with. The lands covered by the Special
Permit from Weld County are presently leased for recreation by the American
Sportsman's Club. No mining has taken place on the property since 1962, when
we purchased the property.
Presently, the undersigned are planning sale of the lands to a third party.
It was noted by the Weld County Commissioners that the Special Permit for
mining sand and gravel runs with the land.
When the need arises for ourselves and/or our assigns to commence mining, we
shall post bond and request issuance of a permit. We see no need for additional
decisions from the Mined Land Reclamation Bond at this time.
All owners of the land are out-of-state residents; therefore, please present any
further inquiries concerning this matter to our local attorney: Mr. Mervin
Dinner, 630 Greeley, National Plaza, Greeley, Colorado 80631.
Respectfully yours,
Walter W. Doeringsfeld, Jr`. ~7
for Doeringsfeld and Aratas
