• ~ ks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />Permanent, man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land of the <br />proposed permit area for this application are shown on Exhibit C, the Pre-Mine <br />and Mine Plan Map. <br />Permanent, man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land and on the <br />affected land, include two oilJgas wells, pipelines, and collection tanks owned and <br />operated by Top Operating Co., with Duke Energy Co. piping-off the natural gas, <br />located in the central area of the west-half of the property and along the <br />northwest boundary line of the west-half. The Lupton Bottom Ditch flows through <br />the center of the property from the south to the north. Power utility lines owned <br />by United Power Co. are located along the Lupton Bottom Ditch and eastern <br />property boundary. U.S. West Communications has a pedestal showing the <br />termination of an underground communications cable near the outer edge of the <br />northeast corner of the mining site on land of an adjacent property owner. This <br />underground cable does not continue further south than shown on the map. One <br />bedrock well is located outside the northern property edge of the site. The <br />adjacent property to the east has a nearby house and alluvial well (both used on <br />a temporary basis) owned by Robin and I. L. Golden. Buildings used for the <br />current farming operation at the proposed permit site are located within the <br />northeast corner of the property and will be removed prior to mining that area. <br />Ft.
