This permit will be kept active during the life of the mine. <br />Separate air permits will be required for each piece of portable screening or <br />crushing equipment that is to be operated at the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel <br />Mine. As with all portable aggregate processing equipment in the state of <br />Colorado, each piece of equipment will have a separate air permit that enables <br />the machinery to be operated in various locations throughout the state. Prior to <br />operation of any crushing or screening equipment at the site, the operator will <br />obtain mobile air permits for all equipment where one is required. <br />State Hiohwav Access Permit: <br />The mining operation will not utilize access onto a Colorado State Highway <br />during the life of the mine and will not require an Access Permit from the <br />Colorado Division of Transportation. Access to the site will from Weld County <br />Road 18. <br />State Engineers Temporary Substitute Suoply Plan/Gravel Pit Permit: <br />As stated in Exhibit G, Water Information, an approved Temporary Substitute <br />Supply Plan will have to be obtained from the Colorado State Engineer's Office <br />prior to exposing alluvial groundwater of the South Platte River Basin.
