• B•ks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT M -OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br />Additional permits/approvals required for this project to be allowed to operate are <br />as follows: <br />County Aoproval: <br />An application for a Use By Special Review (Mining Operation) is being <br />submitted concurrently with this CDMG "112" permit application to Weld County, <br />Colorado as part of the permission granted to mine the Ft. Lupton Sand and <br />Gravel Mine. <br />Cultural Resources <br />There are no reported cultural resources listed on the State Register of Historic <br />Places within the project area. This fact is as stated in a letter from the Colorado <br />Historical Society contained within this Exhibit. <br />Significant historical or archaeological sites that might be encountered during any <br />land-disturbing activities on the permit site shall be studied and preserved and/or <br />recorded, if warranted by the Colorado Historical Society, Office of Archaeology <br />and Historic Preservation. This Office will be notified if any apparent significant <br />cultural resources that are encountered during land-disturbing activities. <br />Ft.
