ERO Resources <br />C~ <br />Taxonomic Classification: Fine-loamy, mixed (calcareous), mesic family of <br />Vstollic Haplargids. <br />5ettina: Cushman soils are on small upland alluvial fans. They have <br />formed in loamy, calcareous alluvium derived from looal formations. <br />Slopes are 3 to 10 percent. <br />Getxaral Characteristics: Cushman soils are well-drained with moderate <br />permeability and medium runoff. Vegetation is primarily big sagebrush and <br />mixed perennial grasses with areas of cheatgrass. <br />Ranee in Characteristics; Textures are silt loam to silty clay loam with <br />16 to 30 percent clay and less than 35 percent fine sand or coarser. <br />Coarse fragment content is 1 to 10 percent with aacumulatione of viRible <br />secondary calcium carbonate below about 20 inches. Reaction is mildly to <br />moderately alkaline with alkalinity increasing with depth. Oepth to <br />bedrock is 20 to 40 inches. <br />Tj,me Location: 600 feet west, 110 feet north of the southeast corner of <br />Section 4, T3N, R101W.
