Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Gilpin County. <br />Colorado: <br />A resolution allotting land use zoning districts within unincorporated <br />areas in Gilpin County, Colorado. Adopting maps of said areas and <br />zoning districts therein; regulating the use of land and the use of <br />minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum lot frontage, minimum <br />yards and maximum height for building; providing special regulations for <br />nonconforming uses and nonconforming buildings; defining certain <br />terms used herein, and prescribing methods for enforcement, <br />amendment, variance, special permits, interpretation, severability and <br />appeals.
