off-site conduct of such use, but not to include any sale, trade, <br />manufacture, fabricating, or other activity within the area. <br />1.7.20 Story shall mean the portion of a building of such <br />premises included between the upper surface of the floor above. <br />1.7.21 Structure shall mean anything constructed or erected <br />on the ground, or requiring location on the ground, or which is <br />attached to something having a location on or in the ground. <br />Structure is also that which is built or constructed, an edifice or <br />building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up or <br />composed of parts joined together in some definite manner. <br />1.7.22 Structure, Temporary shall mean a structure which is <br />readily movable and used, or intended to be used, for a limited <br />period or does not have a permanent foundation. <br />1.7.23 Structure, Unsafe shall mean a structure or building <br />identified by the Gilpin County Building Inspector or County Planner <br />as (1) In a condition presenting a substantial danger or hazard to <br />public health, safety, or welfare, or (2) Is a dilapidated building <br />which is unused by the owner or uninhabited because of <br />deterioration or decay, and constitutes a fire hazard or subjects <br />adjoining properties to a danger or damage by storm, soil erosion, <br />or rodent infestation, or is a place frequented by trespassers and <br />transients seeking a temporary shelter or hideout. <br />1.7.24 Survey shall mean a graphic and written representation of <br />the boundaries, area or elevations (land or structures on the earth's <br />surface) by means of measuring angles and distances, using the <br />techniques of geometry and trigonometry by a surveyor licensed in <br />the State of Colorado. <br />i . 7- "Tâ <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 37 <br />
