1.7.3 Grazing shall mean the consumption of growing vegetation <br />by livestock. <br />1.7.4 Guest House shall mean living quarters, having no kitchen <br />facilities, located within an accessory building located on the same <br />premises with a main building and occupied for the sole use of <br />members of the family, temporary guests, or persons permanently <br />employed on the premises. <br />1 .7- "H'. <br />1.7.1 Hazard shall mean a significant source of risk, danger or <br />peril resulting from natural phenomena or conditions including <br />those precipitated or caused by activities of humans. <br />1.7.2 Hazard, Geologic shall mean a geological phenomenon, <br />which is so adverse to past, current or foreseeable construction or <br />land use as to constitute a significant hazard to public health and <br />safety, or to property. The term includes but is not limited to <br />avalanches, landslides, rock falls, mud-flows, and unstable or <br />potentially unstable slopes. <br />1.7.3 Hazardous Material shall mean a substance or combination <br />of substances which, because of its quantity, concentration, or <br />physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may either: (1) <br />Cause, or significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an <br />increase in serious irreversible, or incapacitating reversible, illness; <br />or (2) Pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human <br />health or environment when improperly treated, stored, <br />transported or disposed of or otherwise managed. <br />1.7.4 Health Department or Heath Services shall mean the Gilpin <br />County Department of Public and Environmental Health Services. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 21 <br />
