1.7.12 Building, Temporary (see Structure, Temporary) <br />1.7.13 Building Setback shall mean the interior site distance <br />as measured in a straight line from the property line, thereby <br />prohibiting building construction along the borders of a site. <br />1.7.14 Business shall mean a use or activity involving the sale <br />or rental of goods, or the safe or furnishing of services of any kind, <br />or any commercial use. <br />1 .7 Y~If <br />1.7.1 Cargo Container shall mean any typically box-shaped <br />container which is no less than thirty-five cubic square feet, of <br />metal construction, enclosed on all sides including top and bottom <br />such as those units originally designed and built to store cargo for <br />shipping by truck, train or boat. <br />1.7.2 Camp shall mean a site occupied by tents, huts, RV's, <br />trailers, campers, vans, or other temporary shelters. <br />1.7.3 Camping shall mean to make use of a camp. <br />1.7.4 Campground shall mean a land parcel in single ownership <br />that has been developed for occupancy of tent or recreational <br />vehicles on a temporary basis for recreational purposes. <br />1.7.5 Car Wash shall mean an area of land and/or structure with <br />machine or hand-operated facilities used principally for the <br />cleaning, washing, polishing, or waxing of motor vehicles. <br />1 .7.6 Certificate of Occupancy shall mean a document issued by <br />the proper authority allowing the occupancy or use of a building <br />and certifying that the structure, building, or development <br />conforms with all applicable County Codes and ordinances and <br />Gi{pin County Zoning Regulations 13 <br />
