Dear Mr. Dillon:
I am pleased to inform you that on March 25, 1987, the Colorado Mi~1ed Land
Reclamation Board approved your request for a continuance of consi~r{eration
the Willow Bend Permit Application until the May 27-26, 1987 Board Meeting.

Prior to this meeting you must provide me with the following info ation so
that your application meets all of the applicable requirementsof C R.S.
34-33-101 et seq. and the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Min d Land
Reclamation'Board:
1. Written response to all issues raised in objectors' letters sen previously
to you;
2. Written response to all adequacy concerns dated February 10, 1 7;
3. Proof of newspaper publication of notice of filing of this appl'cation;
4. Proof of mailing of notice to all owners of record and immediat ly adjacent
landowners; and
5. Statement of filing of all application materials with the La P1 to County
Clerk and Recorders office;
At the March 25, 1987 meeting, the Board also scheduled a Formal b11c
Hearing for consideration of the issues raised in objector's Lett rs. The
Formal Public Hearing is scheduled for May 27-28, 1987. The Board rdered that
the following events should be completed prior to that meeting:
1: You should submit all required items so that the permit ap lication is
deemed adequate and ready for Board approval. These items re listed
above. All of these materials should be received and appro ed by our
Division prior to April 22, 1987:
2. Once you have received notice from us that these materials are complete
and adequate, immediately submit the package to the LaP1at County
Clerk and Recorder's office for public review. Please noti us when
you have submitted these materials. This package should be attached to
all other materials previously submitted to the Clerk and Recorder's
office.
