PROJECT OVERVIEW
C. Ryan ~ Son, Inc. proposes to develop a gravel pit operation known as the
Leyden Pit on 480 acres of land 1/2 mile east of Colorado Highway 93 and 5
miles north of Golden in Jefferson County.
This application is being submitted to the Colorado State Mined Land Recla-
mation Board in order to obtain a 112 permit for the proposed operation.
In conformance with all applicable rules and regulations, background
information on the site and the nature of the proposed operation is
presented in the following application.
