DMG current reclamation cost estimation totals 529,018. Please find <br />enclosed, copy of DMG 2/11 /00 reclamation cost estimation. <br />DMG reclamation cost estimation is based upon requirements of the approved reclamation <br />plan, the Act and Rules, and on conditions observed during DMG's 9/24/99 inspection. <br />Pursuant to Rule 4.2.112), the operator has sixty (60) days to post 513,618 additional <br />financial warranty to ensure a total financial warranty of not less than 529,018.
