DIVISION Ur
Sections 11 and 14, Twp. 6 N. , R. 68 W.r,r11NERALS & GE0,0;,,
Gentlemen:
We represent The North Poudre Irrigation Company, and
these comments are made on its behalf.
A copy of our letter to the County of Larimer Planning &
Zoning Staff dated September 15, 1992, is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Llorth Poudre's particular concerns are that its access
along its Fossil Creek Outlet Ditch be preserved and recog-
nized, and that mining be kept a reasonable distance away from
that ciitch; and that there be a fence installed before mining
operations begin. This fence should be a legal fence and would
separeite the right-of-way along the south side of the North
Poudre: Fossil Creek Outlet Ditch from the mining operations.
The right-of-way needs to be a reasonable width, and North
Poudre: has an existing right-of-way. A copy of North Poudre's
right-•of-way which is recorded in Book 151 at Page 244 of the
Larime:r County records is enclosed.
7`here should be a written commitment from the applicant
addressing North Poudre's concerns.
Please let us know if more information is desired.
Very truly yours,
Alden V.
