Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1 & 2. _ The thickness of limestone,overburden, soil <br />materials, gravels and sandstone was explained <br />in I, 3 (iii) above. <br />3. Paragraph (a) Page 2, Exhibit D <br />Cuts 9 and 11 are the last cuts at the northwest <br />corner of the west quarry. The reclamation plan map, <br />Exhibit F, indicates these cuts will be only partially <br />backfilled and graded to about 3 to 1 slopes prior to <br />reclamation. Prior to starting Cuts 9 and 11, explora- <br />tion will determine whether it will be practical to <br />again move the gas line westward in order to quarry <br />land outlined in green and purchased by Ideal in 1977. <br />If practical to quarry this land, Cuts 13 and 15 will <br />likely be designated in this area. <br />
