Jones <br />Resource Conservationist <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />B. There is a county road that touches the Northeasterly and Southeasterly edge of <br />the affected area. A buried gas pipeline, buried telephone cable and overhead <br />power line follow the county road. (see EXI-IIBIT E -map) <br />C. During both mining and reclamation no impact on ground water is anticipated. <br />The mining operation will be conducted in such a manner as to maintain the <br />existing surface drainage. All mining and processing operation will be designed <br />to manage storm runoff, so that no sediments flow to existing drainage. <br />D.
