In the event either party defaults <br />in the performance of this Agreement, the party in default shall be <br />liable to the non-defaulting party for all costs and reasonable <br />attorney's fees incurred by the non-defaulting party as a result of <br />t such default. <br />17. Termination. This Agreement shall terminate two (2) <br />' years after the mining operation of CAMAS is completed on the CAMAS <br />Property. <br />18. Facsimile and Counterpart Execution.
