Permit fee: <br /> I <br /> A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each <br /> acre or fraction thereof of the area of land to be affected by the <br /> operation must accompany this application. <br /> $ 815.00 (Stage I) <br /> (Amount of money submitted) <br /> 15.
