The following materials are to be inserted into the permit document
after the permit renewal has been approved.
Volu me 1, Tab 3
1. Replace existing page 3-15 with the revised duplexed page.
2. in Attachment 3-3, remove all existing pages and replace with
the revised pages.
3. In Attachment 3-4, remove all existing pages and replace with
the revised pages.
4. In Attachment 3-5, remove all existing pages and replace with
the revised pages.
5. In Attachment 3-6, remove all existing pages and replace with
the revised pages.
Volu me 4. Tab 7
1. Remove entire contents, from "Tab 7" index tab to the end of
Appendix 7-2A, and place in new Volume 3A. (My volume runneth
over.) Items 3 to 8 listed below actually pe rtain to this new
Volume 3A.
2. Remove spine and cover labels of Volume 4 and replace with new
ones provided.
3. Replace entire Table of Contents, pages i to xiv, with new
Table of Contents, pages i to x.
4. Discard existing text pages 7-152, 172a, 173, 173a, 290 to
313, 316, 317, 317c to 317f, 318b, 319, 324, and 325. Replace
with revised pages 7-152, 152a, 173, 173a, 290, 291, 310a,
311, 312, 313, 316, 317, 317c to 317f, 318b, 319, 324, and
325.
5. insert new pages 7-335a to 378 at end of text.
6. in Appendix 7-2A, remove pages 7-2A-1, 2, and 9 to 47 (last
page). Place these pages at the end of Appendix 7-2. (This
will place all ground water level data not in SCC~s database
into one appendix.)
7. Remove remaining pages in Appendix 7-2A and discard. (These
data are in SCC~s database and will be replaced below.)
