The Informal Conference for the High Mesa Gravel Pit application is schiled to occur by
phone on August 2, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. Tom Gillis, Senior Environment2~'Protection
Specialist, will preside as the Director's representative. At the Informal Conference, each
person objecting to the approval of the application shall set forth the grounds for the
objection. Similarly, the applicant and any other person supporting the issuance of the
application, shall present the grounds necessary to support the issuance of the
application.
At approximately 10:00 a.m., on August 2, 2000, you will be contacted at the
phone number you have provided, [phone], by an MCI operator. The
operator will invite you to participate in the phone conference. If the operator fails
to contact you at 10:00 a.m., or shortly thereafter, you may join the phone
conference by dialing 888-810-3147 (toll free) and give the operator you name.
