<br />NHEREAS, a Certificate of the Land Office at Denver, Colorado,
<br />is now deposited in the Bureau of Land it4anagement, +vhereby it appears that full payment has
<br />been made by the claimant Harold E. Amick
<br />according to the provisions of Chapter 7, Title 32 of the Revised Statutes of the United States and
<br />legislation supplemental thereto, for the following described land:

<br />Sec. 31, Lots 10, 12, 28, 29, 32 and 34.
<br />The area described contains 82.03 acres,
<br />according to the Official Plat of the Survey of the said Land, on file in the Bureau of Land Management:
<br />Notv KNDIV YE, That the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in consideration of the premises, and in
<br />conformity +vith the several Acts of Congress in such case made and pt•ovided, HAS GIVEN AND
<br />GRANTED, and by these presents DOES GIVE AND GRANT nuts the said claimant and to the heirs of
<br />the said claimant the tract above described; To HAVE AND To HOLD the same, together with all the
<br />rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances, of n•hatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto the
<br />said claimant and to the heirs and assigns of the said claimant forever; subject to any vested and
<br />accrued water rights for mining, agricultural, manufacturing, oe other purposes, and rights to ditches
<br />and reservoirs used in cmutection with such water rights, as may be recognized and acknowledged by
<br />the local customs, laws, and decisions of courts; and there is reserved fl•om the lands hereby granted, a
<br />right-of-way theremt for ditches nr canals constructor) by the authority of the United States.
<br />Excepting and reserving, also, to the United States all the oil and gas in
<br />the lands so patented, and to it, or persons authorized by it, the right to pros-
<br />pect for, mine, and remove such deposits from the same upon compliance 7rith the
<br />conditions and subject to the provisions and limitations of the Act of July 17,
<br />1914 (38 stet. 509).
<br />This entry is made under Section 29 of the Act of February 25, 1920 (1+1 Stat.
<br />>+37), and the Act of March >+, 1933 (47 Stat. 1570), and the patent is issued sub,je~
<br />to the rights of prior permittees or lessees to use so much of the surface of said
<br />lands as is required for mining operations, without compensation to the patentee fc
<br />damages resulting from proper mining operations.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the undersigned authot•i2ed officer of
<br />the Bureau of Land Management, in accordance with the
<br />provisions of the Act of June 17, 7918 (6~ Stet., 476), has,
<br />in the name of the United States, caused these letters to be
