The position taken by the Forest Service in the'ts review of our operating plan determined that <br />the road would not 6e adversely effected by our use of the road. We have an agreement with the <br />USDA Forest Service, ifdust becomes a problem; we will apply a Forest Service approved dust <br />suppre;;ant. <br />Point 4. Provided by Bruce Collins under separate cover. <br />Point 5. Any area determined unstable by the USDA Forest Service would be rock bolted with <br />appropriate length bolts. <br />Point 6. The applicant agrees that it will modify the method for seeding.
