During the approval process of Amendment Am-004 for this permit, I
re-evaluated the bond amount at $35,100.00. The Division received
a rider to the existing corporate surety for $35,000.00. Although
this is $100.00 shy of my calculation, this is within the
acceptable range of error and is sufficient for the proposed
disturbance on-site. My recommendation is to accept this amount.
