DLSCUSSION AND SPECLIL CONDITIONS: <br />• <br />A one time screening for the parameters <br />listed on page 10 will be required at <br />the first instance of discharge Eor 001 <br />or 002. Requirements concerning the <br />discharge points to be monitored are <br />discussed under part L. A.2 (B) and (C) <br />page 11. Only 001 or 002 need to be <br />sampled because they do discharge mine <br />eater. <br />Aa SPCC plan will be required as <br />outlined on page 18 of the permit. This <br />plan will address measures to control <br />and contain spills from storage areas. <br />Finally, this permit will be reopened <br />and modified if there is a significant <br />change in state ar federal avatar quality <br />standards,. a significant change in <br />operation at the facility, as the result <br />of information submitted through the one <br />time analysis or at the request of the <br />permittee.
