Acrninistrator.
As required oy the federal Clean 'cater Act, effluent data shall not ue
constdzred conticenttal. Knowingly ruakiny any false staterrrent on any
such report inay result in the imposition of criminal penalties as
provtdetl for to Section ;iUy of the federal Clear 'dater wct, ana
Section 25-8-b 1U C.R.S. 1973.
9. Transfer of Uwnersntp or Control

(c) Fee requirements of the State Discharge Permit System
Regulations, Section 6.16.0 nave oeen imet.
