Under [he authority of the Colorado 'Dater Quality Control Act (25-3-304), the
permit:ee is tieing required to submit a one-time analysis of their discharge(s), 001 or OC:
for certain specified parameters.
For facilities with continuous discharge, the sampling requirements listed
below need to be completed as soon as possible and submitted no later than
?0 Days aster the effective date of the permit. For an intermittent dis-
charce, sampling requirements shall apply at the next instance ,of discharge.
In all cases, the permittee shall sample in accordance with the following
