Design Capacity <br />The design capacity of this domestic wastewater treatment works is 0.01 <br />million gallons per day (MGD) for hydraulic flow and 26.8 lb. 8005 per <br />day for organic loading. , <br />2. Expansion Requirements <br />Pursuant to Colorado Law, O.R.S. 1973 25-8-501 (5 d 5 e) and State discharge <br />permiC regulation 6.9.3 (12), the permittee is required to initiate <br />engineering and financial planning for expansion of the domestic <br />wastewater treatment works whenever throughput and treatment reaches <br />eighty (80) percent of design capacity. Whenever ninety-five (95) percent <br />of either the hydraulic or organic capacity of the treatment works is <br />met, the permittee shall commence construction of the necessary treatment <br />expansion. <br />The requirements authorized by the above shall be presumed unnecessary to <br />assure compliance upon showing that the area served by the domestic <br />wastewater treatment works has a stable or declining wastewater input. <br />However, this provision shall not be construed as preventing periodic <br />review by the Division. <br />3. Effluent Limitations <br />During the period beginning no later than immediately and lasting through <br />June 30, 1987, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall(s) <br />serial number(s): 007, as shown in Figure 3, page 28 of the permit. <br />In accordance with the Warer Quality Control Commission Regulations for <br />Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit System <br />Regulations, Section 6.9.2, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations <br />nor shall it discharge more than the daily mass pollutant loadings <br />specified on the following page. <br /> <br />
