The Act amended end repealed by <br />Chapter 139 of the Session Laws of the State of Colorado of 1923 is <br />Chapter 169 of the Session Laws of the State of Colorado of 1921, the <br />same being Sec. 5392 to 5400, both inclusive, of [he Compiled Laws '. <br />of the State of Colorado of 1921, as well as all subsequent statutes <br />governing legal publications. <br />5.
