Rule 6.4.5 (2)(t)(ii) & (iii) Size and location of each area to be reclaimed: <br />As the Mine Plan states, smaller mining cells up to 30 acres will be <br />defined in the field to expedite concurrent reclamation. Reclamation will <br />follow mining, which will progress in a clockwise direction beginning in a <br />corner of each phase. Reclamation will occur in 3 phases. The site will be <br />reclaimed as rangeland and water storage. The water storage reclamation <br />will consist of 2 ponds, of 166 acres and 104 surface acres each in size, <br />with rangeland reclamation across the remained of the affected area (or <br />approximately 167 acres of rangeland). <br />6. Rule 6.4.5 (2)(f)(iii) Fertilizer Applications: A soil test will be completed to <br />determine the type, mixture, quantities and expected time of application. <br />Exhibit G: <br />As articulated in the original submittal of Exhibit G, the applicant anticipates and <br />acknowledges the potential for the proposed operation to affect the groundwater <br />system. In accordance with Rule 6.4.7(2)(b), the record shows that the applicant <br />has identified the potentially affected groundwater system as the alluvial aquifer <br />of the Fountain Creek corridor.
