The application now appears to meet the minimum requirements of <br />completeness for staff review. Based on the amount of information for water, geo-chemical analysis and engineering that <br />is required fora 112 DMO, the Division is calling the application complex. The complex designation allows the Division <br />an additional 60 days beyond the normal 90 for a normal 112 permit per Rule 1.4.1(7). Therefore, the Decision Date for <br />In the event that there are objections to the permit application, the Division makes a recommendation on the application <br />and a decision would be made by the Mined Land Reclamation Board at its January 9'", 2008 hearing.
