Preparer's name, signature, and effective date of co pletion have been added to the
Exhibit F Reclamation Map.
26. The unexplained figures on the Exhibit F Recl anon Map have no pertinent
function and have been removed.
27. The Exhibits have been revised to reflect that th production operations water
holding and settling ponds (with 3:1 slope banks) are to be retained following
reclamation.
28. The unintentional exclusion of the remainder of the 5860-foot contour on the
reclamation map has been rectified, hopefiilly communicating the terminus of
excavation at the permit north boundary and eliminating the confusion that omission
had generated.
Exhibit G -Water Information
29. You are correct in that the worked out east portion ofithe site was inadvertently left
out of the reclamation cost evaluation. Since the south and west walls of that area
are essentially already back-filled and finish graded we are including only the
topsoiling and re-vegetation for those former highwalls'. Cut and fill slope reduction
has been included for the west monocline portion of (hat area. Amended pit floor
preparation & re-vegetation costs are for the entire site, assuming at this time that no
disposal terrace shall be employed (until further bonded). An amended Exhibit L is
enclosed.
As explained above, reject asphalt from hatching operations is utilized daily (to
forego solidification) for access road maintenance, and pis not allowed to accumulate.
Stockpiling asphalt mix is not an approved site activity under the proposed permit.
Portable crushing equipment (including crushers,' screen plants, generators,
S
