contained within the boundaries authorized on permit application maps for the term of the permit and shall be <br />• limited to those areas subject to [he uerformance bond in effect pursuant to these rules. <br />(7) The germiltee shall conduct all surface coal mining and reclamation operations <br />only as described in the approved application, except as otherwise directed by the Division in the oemtit. <br />(9) Continuous, uninterniuted bond coverage shall be in effect at all times, and an <br />adequate bond amount shall be maintained pursuant to the requirements of Rule 3.02.2.
