My clients make the following objections to the application:
1. The application does not contain a proposed hauling road. Section 34 32.5 103,
C.RS. defines "affected land" to include private ways and roads, including off site
roads constructed for purposes related to the operation. My clierrts also object to the
use of County Road 613 as a proposed hauling road as being detrimental to the health,
safety and welfare of my clients.
2. The applicant failed to mail a copy of the notice immediately after first publication to
all owners of all land surface within two hundred feet of the affected lands, as
required pursuacit to Section 34 32.5 113, C.RS.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely, (~ - /
~~"' v
Dawn M.
