<br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-IIAADE STRUCTURES <br />Loveland Ready Mix is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 feet of <br />the affected area for the Green/Croissant 112 permit. The Applicant will in each case <br />offer to repair damage to structures resuking from mining activities and will attempt to <br />reach an Agreement wkh each structure owner, as preferred under Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology Construction Materials Rules. If no agreement can be reached <br />with the structure owners, the Applicant may produce an engineered slope stability <br />analysis stating that mining wthin two-hundred feet of the structures will not affect those <br />structures. Until such agreements or analyses are submitted to the DMG, the Applicant <br />will maintain the prescribed two-hundred foot setback from man-made structures. <br />Permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of the affected land of the <br />proposed permit area for this application are shown on Exhibit C, the Pre-Mine and Mine <br />Plan Map. <br />Permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of the affected land and on the <br />affected land include: <br />Structures <br />Telephone/Fiber Optic cable <br />Water pipeline <br />Overhead Powerline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline <br />Gas pipeline and associated faciliities <br />Oil/Gas well <br />Tailwater ditches <br />Weld County Road 13 <br />Weld County Road 54 <br />Owners <br />Owest <br />Little Thompson Water District <br />Poudre Valley Rural Electric <br />Duke Energy <br />HS Gathering (KN Front Range) <br />Sinclair Pipeline <br />Public Svc.
