There is always the possibility that as yet tmidentified Cultural <br />Resasces exist within the proposed impact area. <br />Therefore, the federal agency is required to conduct a professional sulvey to Ident' <br />an}* E 'ble Cultural Resources in the proposed project area. <br />We anticipate consultation with this office regarding the Effect of the proposed project <br />on airy Eligible resource in accordance with the Advisory Cat~'L Procedures for the <br />Preservation and Protection of Historic and Cultural Resources (36 CFR S00). <br />Please provide this office with the results of the survey for our review of professional <br />adequacy and compliance. <br />Artlns C.
