Continued, and reclamation storage site. We will contour the <br />waste rock pile to more nearly resemble the landscape. No new <br />roads and all existing roads will remain with improvements and <br />culverts. We will remove all trash from the site and of course <br />all our surface machinery. <br />23. No new underground openings planned. <br />24. We have contacted Colorado Health Department for a Process <br />Water and Stormwater Hardrock Mining Permit. We understand <br />this permit must be supplied to Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology prior to starting any under ground activity. <br />25. All information sent forward to Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology will be sent to Bureau of Land Management in <br />Gunnison, CO to gain their permit on 2.09 acres involving <br />BLM land. Our entire application package was hand delivered <br />in October. We are attaching hereto copy of letter addressed <br />to Julie Coleman-Fike, BLM, dated September 17, 2001. <br />26. We have option with Ophir-Nevada, Inc. to renew our lease <br />and will do so prior prior to July 1, 2004. <br />27. Attached hereto is a notarized affidavit of our legal notice <br />published in the Silver World on August 9. 2001. <br />28. We have verbally discussed with BLM that their property <br />surrounds our mining property and we are attaching hereto <br />our letter to confirm notice. <br />29. We are attaching hereto a copy of receipt for the additional <br />materials filed with Hinsdale County Clerk. Also a copy of <br />receipt for materials sent to Mr. Barry Tollefson, Bureau of <br />Land Management, 216 N.
