The Pueblo <br />Cour_ty Assessors Office lists you as an adjacent land owner. In <br />1976 the Colorado Legislature passed House B_11 1065 which formulated <br />new regulations for mineral extraction in the state and provided a <br />mechanism to insure that reclamation of lands disturbed for. mineral <br />extraction was conducted in an environmentally cc:npatible nta.-rner. <br />These row guidelines arz monitored by the Colorado Mined .Land Reclar^.ation <br />Board. <br />T_n order to provide for sui-table reclamation for the area near your <br />property, Rea Mour.tair. Clay Company retained our firm to prepare <br />an environmental study and reclamation plan for their on-going <br />project. This plan is on file at the Pueblo County Clerks <br />Office and at 'rh e brined Land Reclamation Board.
