As described <br />in Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan, reclamation will consist of stabilization <br />of the site by minor smooth grading of the land surface to smooth out any <br />remaining rock which may be left, or grading the cut slope of the dump if <br />only a portion of the pile is removed. A steel door is currently in place <br />to secure the portal and will remain in place upon reclamation. The <br />operator owns a heavy equipment company and all necessary equipment is thus <br />readily available. <br />Smooth grade ground or cut slope of rock dump: <br />8 hrs. D-7 or D-8 dozer @ $90/hr. $ 720 <br />- Minor grading of mine site area: 8 hrs. <br />D-7 or D-8 dozer @ $90/hr. 720 <br />- Remove refuse from site. 400 <br />- Remove office, generator bldg., small <br />bldg. on upper mine bench.
