NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL: Although not a problem in this case, the operator
will be required to control any noxious weeds that may move on to the site
before reclamation is completed. Both the crazyweed and the milkvetch are
poisonous to livestock when in sufficient quantities. If they become a
problem after reclamation, I would encourage you to work at controlling
them before they spread.
Sincerely,
Rick Romano
Soil Conservationist
Canon City Field Office
Attachments: SCS Standards and Specifications for--
342-Critical Area Planting (optional)
484-Mulching
CO-ECS-5 Form--Grass Seeding Plan
Soil Map
Soil Mapping Unit Descriptions
Present Vegetation Report
E[.O Si'fL ~LGG (i A}fewG
All USDA programs and services are available without regard to race, color, national
origin, religion, sex, marital status or handicap.
