The adjacent landowner outside of the pit to the rear <br />is also Leonard Higgenbotham. <br />2. My application shows total property as 4.6 acres, <br />after receiving my tax notice which a copy is enclosed. <br />I see that total property is 4.21 acres. I do not <br />want to excavate my property all of the way to the <br />rear and along the south-east line. <br />3. The location of the power pole will be moved to the <br />property line on the southeast side of the property. <br />To move the power pole a large tree has to be removed. <br />I haven't removed the tree as of yet, but the City of <br />Colorado Springs Electric Department will move the pole <br />when it is necessary. <br />EXHIBIT H -Reclamation Costs <br />Approximately 2 acres will be leveled to the grade of <br />Highway 24, to be used for a future business site. It will <br />be reclaircied as level property with no reclamation needed. <br />Therefore, leaving part of the rear and to the west to be <br />reclaimed. I will not be disturbing the rear half to the <br />
