n <br />LJ <br />2.03.6 Right of Entrv and Operation Information <br />(1) The deeds, leases, easements and rights-of-way listed and described below <br />grant Bowie Resources Limited the legal right to enter and begin surface coal <br />mining operations in the permit area for the proposed Bowie No. 2 Mine. <br />A certain Special Warranty Deed, Assignment and Bill of Sale with Reserved <br />Royalty recorded in Delta County, CO in book 0735 at page 437 grants Bowie <br />Resources Limited the right to enter the property and mine coal. The right is not <br />the subject of pending litigation. The applicant owns the surface and the coal on <br />the property. The Special Warranty Deed is presented in Volume III, Exhibit 1. <br />Following are a list of Deeds that document the Operator has purchased certain <br />parcels located south of old State Highway 133.
