The depth of the aquifer (fracture zone) and the depth of the
completion perforations;
4, Whether or not this same aquifer (fracture zone) will be
encountered in the Phil Sheridan Lode Mine;
5. The trend of the vein or fault you will be working in the mine,
including the strike, dip, and estimated extent;
6. The elevation of the mine tunnel floor in relation to the
completion zone depth of the water well;
7. Whether or not the mine tunnel floor will be flat, inclining
toward, or declining away from the portal and the discovery shaft;
8. Whether or not there is currently any water discharging from the
mine, and whether this water is currently exiting, or as a result
of operations will exit, the portal or the discovery shaft.
The concerns about noise and truck traffic are issues that are governed by the
Boulder County government and, as such, do not fall under the state's
jurisdiction. Resolution of these concerns is not necessary for State permit
issuance, but may be necessary for county approval.
215 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 Tel.
